Após uma intensa campanha, a banda Restart foi escolhida pelo voto do público como o vencedor e representante da América Latina na categoria melhor artista global do EMA 2011, onde concorrerá com nomes como Britney Spears.
O Europe Music Awards será realizado no dia 6 de novembro, em Belfast na Irlanda do Norte, com apresentação da cantora Selena Gomez.
